Flying Pig Marathon Training - Week 10

結束了第十週,
剩下三週的正常訓練,之後將進入Taper階段
倒數六週到Race Day!

週一: 5 miles (campus route). Pace: 9.2 min/mile. 還在上週的17.73 miles long run 中恢復,右膝疼痛.

週二:表定8 miles, 實際跑6.4 miles (右膝蓋之前舊傷點有異樣,為了precaution,沒跑完8 miles),跑了53:08. Pace: 8.30 min/mile,算跑的蠻舒服的.一半也是因為特別挑比較平坦的route (O'Bryan Route).

週三:off day.膝蓋似乎沒甚麼特別的受傷的感覺.

週四:6 miles (campus route), 49:44. Pace: 8.28 min/mile. 右膝的那特別點有出現同樣的感覺,不過今天決定跑完6 miles.今天已經Sunday,中間還經過一個long run,右膝沒有異樣,應該是沒事啦.

週五: off-day.

週六: Glenn這週沒有寄route.因此我決定run上週同樣的route 17.43 miles. 是我在long distance run中天氣最熱的一天, 69 F and Sunny. The end was a shiity run. 花了2:43:32.比上周慢了3 秒.但是我全身痠痛,尤其是肩膀,第一次跑完歨肩膀疼痛,而且最後兩miles兩腳感覺失去彈性, very stiff.最後2 miles的pace 超過10.5 min/mile.我懷疑這是因為水分補充不夠的原因. just painful.跑之前還想說同樣的route,省了尋找route的時間,還想說跑進9 min/mile的pace.最後的結果是9.38 min/mile. 我說是shitty run.還真的是shitty run,中間烙賽了兩次,還好這週的long run是在campus附近,兩次都衝進學校的buildings去上廁所,沒有在半路灑黃金的狀況.我無法想像若去跑Hyde Park Route,要怎樣應付.不知道這跟我跑前的Frappuccino跟中途的Orange Juice有關.right now, this monkey is already on my back, I would always have the fear about shit myself in the long run. Though this run was a shitty run, but still something good happened. I met Lindasy in the IGA when I was buying my OJ. I really like that girl. She is an attractive girl. This made my day.

週日:跑完後就一值在吃Advil after meals.現在肩膀跟雙腳感覺好多了.
